This company is phenomenal! We had so many problems with our ac and Sal and his people came each time and fixed it. To be clear, it wasn’t their mistake that caused them to come back. We had a great experience working with AirDocs to install our new heat pump system. During the initial review and estimate process, Sal was incredibly helpful answering all of our questions about different heat pump systems and what would work best for our home.Nick A, Ramon & Anthony did the installation and got our new system up and running in no time! They showed up every morning and went right to work. They were friendly and they treated our home like it was their own while removing the old system and hooking up the new one. Let's start off by saying this company does what it says it going to do. That's very important in my books. I recently had to replace my 13+ year old furnace and all I can say is total professionalism from start to finish. Sal gave me a couple options in replacing and upgrading my system he explained everything as to why he was giving me these options .Office team scheduled everything from install to follow up, they were so helpful; from Christina updating me with everything and Carolina with the financing and warranty portion. Needed emergency service during a weekend. I called Saturday morning and Carolina took notes of the situation and scheduled me for that same day service.A technician called me shortly thereafter to let me know his ETA. The Tech diagnosed a faulty ignitor, he had a replacement in his truck!!, got my unit up and running. couldn't be any happier with Air Docs!! Carolina the real MVP 💯

Sincerely cannot say enough good things about my 3 experiences with Air Docs! Starting with Christina and Carolina in the office, who were in constant communication about scheduling, follow-ups and any other questions I had. Then there are the onsite workers who have all been great! I especially want to mention Peter and Luis, who were not only so friendly, but really knew their stuff. Peter took the time to walk me through everything that they were doing and if something needed replacement, he explained why. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride or upsold to at any point, in fact I was given several options for any repairs that were needed, at all different cost levels. (Also, and I feel like the biggest sign that these were good people, was that my 2 dogs were OBSESSED with Peter & Luis the whole time they were here!) I would absolutely recommend Air Docs to friends and will definitely be calling them again.

I have used Air Docs for 10 years. Sal and his staff are excellent to work with. To this point, Sal has installed two replacement Air Handlers and compressors for me. I have never had an issue with their work or products. I highly recommend AIR DOCS.

This was our first time using Air Docs. Sal was able to come in and quickly diagnose that we had a control panel issue and replace it. Also provided great advise with maintenance. I've been using Air Docs for the past ten years and I can't say enough good things about the service they provide. Sal the owner is extremely knowledgable and his team of technicians are also great. They are prompt, are thorough in fixing the issue and stick to the quote they gave you. It's a relief to know I can count on them should something go wrong.

Although the Service Technician fixed the problem within 1 hour and was very nice and knowledgeable, we were surprised with the added charges. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. AC is working which is the most important.
