Air Doc’s Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning is a well-established, family-owned business founded by Sal Esposito in 2003. Sal began his HVAC career in Fort Myers, Florida at just 16 years old, quickly discovering his passion for the trade. By the age of 23, he returned to his hometown of New Rochelle, New York, determined to build a company rooted in quality, reliability, and trust. Through dedication and hard work, Sal transformed that dream into the thriving business Air Doc’s is today, proudly serving both residential and commercial customers with excellence.

Sal holds licenses in Westchester County, Putnam County, Connecticut, and the Bronx, allowing Air Doc’s to serve a wide range of clients with professionalism and expertise. After more than a decade of success in New York and Connecticut, Sal expanded the company back to Fort Myers, Florida—the place where his HVAC journey began. Today, Air Doc’s is trusted in both states for its craftsmanship and customer-first approach. When he’s not helping clients or leading his team, Sal enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, continuing to build the family legacy that defines Air Doc’s Inc.
